How much is end of lease pest control?
It depends on the property size and whether you need flea, general or both treatments. Send the form with your address and inspection date and we will quote straight away.
Do I get a receipt for my agent?
Yes. You will receive a tax invoice showing the property address, date and treatment completed, which you can forward to your agent or landlord.
Should pest control be done before or after carpet cleaning?
After. Steam cleaning can remove flea treatment from carpets, so the pest treatment should go on once the carpets are clean and dry enough to walk on.
Can you come on the same day as my inspection?
Often, yes — same-day and after-hours bookings are available subject to technician availability. Booking a few days ahead gives you the most flexibility.
Do I need to be there?
