Terms & conditions

These terms apply to services provided by Zero Pest Sydney. By booking a service you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Estimates

All prices are provided as an Estimate based on the information supplied at the time of booking (including property size, pest type, access and photos). If conditions on site differ materially from the information provided — for example, a larger infestation, additional areas or restricted access — the technician will explain the revised Estimate before proceeding. No additional work will be carried out without your approval.

2. Bookings and access

Same-day and after-hours appointments are subject to technician availability. You agree to provide safe access to the areas to be treated, including roof voids and sub-floors where applicable. If we cannot access the property at the booked time, a call-out fee may apply.

3. Preparation and aftercare

You agree to follow the preparation and aftercare instructions provided, including re-entry times for people and pets. Treatment outcomes depend on factors such as property condition, hygiene, neighbouring properties and pest pressure, and can vary.

4. Products

We use products registered with the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA), applied in line with label directions. Please tell us before treatment about anyone in the household who is pregnant, has allergies or chemical sensitivities, or about pets such as fish, birds or reptiles.

5. Wildlife

Possums and some other animals are protected under NSW law. Any wildlife-related service is carried out in line with NSW requirements, which may limit the methods available.

6. Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

7. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. A tax invoice will be provided.
