This policy explains how Zero Pest Sydney ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you request a quote or booking we collect your name, phone number, postcode, the service you need, your preferred timing and, if you provide them, your email address, a description of the problem and photos.

We also collect technical information such as the page you visited, how you arrived at our site (for example, an advertising click identifier or campaign tag), device type and general usage data through cookies and analytics tools.

How we use it

To contact you about your enquiry, prepare a quote and schedule your service.
To carry out the service and issue invoices.
To measure and improve our website and advertising (including Google Ads and Google Analytics).
To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

Cookies and advertising

We use tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and Microsoft Clarity. These may set cookies and collect information about your visit. Where you submit a form, we may send a securely hashed version of your phone number or email to Google to measure advertising conversions. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and Google ad preferences at adssettings.google.com.

Storage and disclosure

Enquiry details are stored in secure Google Workspace services (Google Sheets, Drive and email). We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with our technicians and service providers who help us run the business, or where required by law.

Access and correction

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing book@zeropestsydney.com.au.

If you have a privacy concern, contact us first at book@zeropestsydney.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
